Garden Room Interior

We offer the following range of garden room types and designs to our Glasgow customers:

Both pre-made and bespoke garden rooms have passed the BM TRADA Q-MARK regarding build quality and finish, meaning that you’re buying a garden room that has passed and excelled in a number of strict agreed standards from both the Timber Research And Development Association and the UK Building Regulations. The build quality and finishes of our garden rooms are unrivalled in Glasgow.

We Build With French Oak

We build with French green oak for a number of reasons. When French oak dries, it moves and twists across its width, meaning it not only strengthens the structure of your garden room but it also adds charm and character to it. Occasional splits and shakes in the structure are a sign that your garden room is warping and adapting to its surroundings, it is not a structural issue. For frame construction, French oak is one of the most sustainable, cost-effective and low-maintenance materials you will find.

All our timber comes from managed woodlands and for each tree felled, another two are planted.

Will My Garden Room in Glasgow Require Planning Permission?

Planning permission is rarely required for garden rooms in Glasgow because they typically fall under the terms and parameters of permitted development. However, if you have a bespoke build planned that breaches these guidelines (again this, is very rare), you may want to double-check with your local authority to ensure your design can go ahead as planned.

Our planning permission guide should help you understand more about your responsibilities regarding garden room installation in Glasgow.

How Much Does a Garden Room in Glasgow Cost?

The final price of your garden room in Glasgow will depend on a few factors, namely whether your design is bespoke or you have selected one from our range. We are better able to quote for garden rooms from our range as we know what materials are required and the overall scale of the project, however, we cannot provide a final price for bespoke garden rooms because there are too many unique factors to consider.

For entirely custom-made garden rooms, you will first have to create your design and then speak with one of our advisors to receive a quote that is accurate and bespoke to your project’s requirements.

As a general overview, you can expect to pay anywhere from £5,000 to upwards of £30,000 for garden rooms in Glasgow. Again, this depends entirely on the complexity of the project and the materials required.
