Every product we have, from the smallest oak garages to the largest, most complex builds, are all Q-Mark certified. This means you can always feel confident in knowing that your new barn has been made with oak frames crafted to industry standard, and nothing less. All the techniques used and the processes undertaken on our site are regularly overseen and analysed by BM TRADA, one of the strictest regulation panels in the UK, to ensure that all our timber frame kits are kept to the highest quality.
We source timber from a specially designated site in France, using only the best quality green oak (Quercus Robur and Quercus Petraea) in our products. This beautiful, hard-wearing wood is bound to produce stunning results when manufactured by our skilled craftsmen. It’s also durable enough to withstand weathering, so if you are planning on keeping animals or farm equipment inside one of our barns, you will be guaranteeing yourself a safe and secure space for many years to come.
In order to minimise waste and to help keep our work sustainable, we will also ensure that new trees are planted in place of the ones that have been used in our work. These trees are cultivated to be as tall and strong as possible, which means that more of the wood can be used in the manufacture and construction process. It also ensures that less land is used up, and allows us to keep our prices competitive for customers.

From the moment the timber is delivered to our site, to the time all of our kits are signed off and sent off for delivery, you may rest assured that we will be operating under the strictest safety measures and taking every necessary precaution.
Once we’ve received confirmation that you’re happy with every part of your new oak framed garden barn (this includes the deposit payment, signed drawing, quotation, and terms and conditions), our craftsmen will start their work on your requested kit. We’ll then make sure it’s sent out to you as soon as it is complete and ready for you to build.
We’ll be happy to deliver your new barn anywhere in the UK or the Channel Islands, and it should arrive within six to eight weeks of the work being signed off.
How long your kit takes to build will all depend on the size and design you’ve requested. A small oak frame building, for instance, could take between several weeks and a month for the work to be complete. If you’re planning on having a larger oak framed garden barn, with enough room for storage or animals, it may take longer than this.
Whenever you’re considering adding timber buildings to your property, there will be a few extra factors to think about in terms of your budget:
