We aim to complete projects a week in advance of any date delivery is due to take place.

Customer Collection: For those who prefer a more hands-on approach, we also offer the option for customers to collect their orders directly from our workshop. Simply arrange a convenient date and time, and our team will have your order ready for pickup.

The 4-sided planer is integral to our production process, meticulously cutting timber to precise dimensions. This initial step follows a thorough inspection by our timber graders, ensuring optimal wood quality before processing. Subsequently, the timber undergoes another examination before being prepared for the Hundegger K2i.

Operating from a 3D model of the product, the Hundegger K2i enhances precision in all manufacturing work. Utilising laser technology, this state-of-the-art machine precisely calibrates each timber piece, guaranteeing accurate alignment and cutting to exact specifications. With human error eliminated, our materials maintain their highest quality, and any flawed pieces are prevented from progressing further, ensuring consistent and flawless outcomes every time.
