We’re proud to hold the prestigious Q-Mark certification, which demonstrates that we fully commit ourselves to maintaining quality control and strict adherence to industry standards. The Q-Mark certification is awarded based on our continued adherence to the aforementioned 22 separate industry standards, ensuring that every aspect of production is carefully monitored and controlled to guarantee superior quality. These standards are present throughout the production process, from the first stages when the materials arrive at our site to the final finishes.

This is also monitored by TRADA, the certification panel that awarded us the certification in the first place. Once a year, they will inspect our site to ensure we’re maintaining the standards necessary to earn our Q-Mark.

The Process of Ordering Wooden Garages

The process of ordering wooden garages through us is simple and straightforward:

  • You contact us and we discuss the details of your client’s wooden garage project
  • The design is agreed upon and the deposit is paid
  • The drawings are finalised
  • The oak timber is brought in and graded
  • The work is signed off for completion
  • The timber frames are cut and crafted
  • The frames are packed up and sent for delivery anywhere in the UK

The timber used in the frames is graded at every stage of the process, and if it has not been used during the manufacturing owing to suitability, it can be returned to the mill.

On average there is a 6 to 8 week turnaround time between the work being signed off and being sent out for delivery. Ordering in advance of this is advised to ensure you meet your intended deadlines.

Nationwide Shipping: We provide fast and reliable shipping services to customers anywhere in the UK. Our efficient logistics network ensures timely delivery, so you can count on receiving your products when you need them. We aim to complete projects a week in advance of any date delivery is due to take place.

Customer Collection: For those who prefer a more hands-on approach, we also offer the option for customers to collect their orders directly from our workshop. Simply arrange a convenient date and time, and our team will have your order ready for pickup.

The 4-sided planer is integral to our production process, meticulously cutting timber to precise dimensions. This initial step follows a thorough inspection by our timber graders, ensuring optimal wood quality before processing. Subsequently, the timber undergoes another examination before being prepared for the Hundegger K2i.

Operating from a 3D model of the product, the Hundegger K2i enhances precision in all manufacturing work. Utilising laser technology, this state-of-the-art machine precisely calibrates each timber piece, guaranteeing accurate alignment and cutting to exact specifications. With human error eliminated, our materials maintain their highest quality, and any flawed pieces are prevented from progressing further, ensuring consistent and flawless outcomes every time.
