We uphold a steadfast commitment to quality, beginning with the selection of materials. Our wooden garages are crafted using premium green oak timber, renowned for its exceptional strength and durability. Green oak possesses natural resilience and structural integrity which only improves over time, making it an ideal choice for constructing robust garage frames.
The inherent properties of green oak timber ensure that our garage structures withstand the test of time, enduring harsh weather conditions and daily wear and tear with ease. Its superior strength not only enhances the structural integrity of the garages but also provides peace of mind, allowing you to feel confident that your finished structure will last for buyers or tenants.

All of the wood we use in our work is selected from a particular site in France. There, it is grown to be as tall, straight, and strong as possible, minimising the amount wasted and maximising the amount weβre able to use. This wood is then brought to our site, where it will be professionally graded by our team of experienced and qualified timber graders.
When our timber graders inspect the wood, they meticulously check the pieces for visible flaws or faults that could prevent it from being used. This includes both aesthetic and structural characteristics. Any materials we deem not suitable enough to turn into frames will either be returned to the mill or recycled for other projects.

Once we have chosen the timber to be used in our manufacturing process, it will be passed to our specialist team to be cut. These team members all have years of experience in crafting impeccable frames. They have the knowledge and skill necessary to ensure the best materials are put to the best possible use.
All of our team members are also completely committed to following 22 separate industry standards that ensure complete quality control at every stage. Alongside this, we have strict measures in place to ensure health and safety regulations are met and kept consistently.
We take pride in making quality our priority. This is reflected in our Q-Mark certification.
Awarded by TRADA, an accredited certification body and one of the strictest panels in the UK, the Q-Mark certification is a testament to our dedication to meeting stringent quality standards in the construction industry. This certification assures our customers that our wooden garages adhere to the highest levels of quality, durability, and performance. With the Q-Mark certification in place, you can trust that you are investing in garages that meet industry-leading benchmarks for excellence, assuring you of the reliability of our products.
Following our Q-Mark certification, we are regularly inspected by TRADA to ensure we are maintaining the standards that earned us this accolade in the first place. With this in mind, you can be sure your frames are of a superior make and that their manufacture has been carefully controlled throughout.

We leverage state-of-the-art machinery to ensure precision and consistency in our craftsmanship. Our workshop is equipped with advanced tools, including a 4-sided planer and the innovative Hundegger K2i.
The 4-sided planer plays a crucial role in our production process by cutting the timber to size with remarkable accuracy. This step ensures that the timber is perfectly dimensioned and ready for the construction of our wooden garage frames.
The Hundegger K2i takes our precision craftsmanship to the next level. Operating from a 3D model of the product, this cutting-edge machine calibrates the timber with unparalleled precision. By using laser technology, it ensures that each piece of timber is accurately aligned and cut to the exact specifications, resulting in consistent and flawless results every time.
All of our products celebrate the tradition of British craftsmanship, and we employ time-tested jointing techniques in the construction of our wooden garage frames. Each frame made by us will be cut to ensure that each joint fits neatly together with precision and care.
These traditional jointing techniques not only ensure a fast and efficient assembly process but also guarantee a tight-fitting construction. By minimising gaps between joints, we prevent potential damage and intrusion of the elements into the structure. This tight fit enhances the structural integrity of our wooden garages, protecting them from dampness, rot, and other environmental factors that can compromise their longevity.

Investing in a durable wooden garage from English Heritage Buildings translates to minimal maintenance requirements in the long run. Our commitment to quality craftsmanship and premium materials ensures that our wooden garages are built to last, reducing the need for frequent upkeep and repairs.
With superior durability and resilience, our wooden garages are designed to withstand the elements and the test of time without succumbing to wear and tear. Unlike other building materials that may require regular maintenance to prevent deterioration, our green oak timber frames are inherently resistant to decay and rot, requiring minimal intervention to maintain their structural integrity. Simple cleaning, emptying gutters as needed, and wiping down the windows should be sufficient to keep it in its best condition.
Between our material selection, our manufacturing processes, our strict adherence to quality control, and the low-maintenance needs of the finished product, a wooden garage from us should last any end-user for as long as they want and need it.
We invite you to experience firsthand the craftsmanship and expertise behind our wooden garages by booking a visit to our workshop. Youβll be able to see our state-of-the-art machinery in action and witness the meticulous craftsmanship that goes into every product we create.
