A 2 bay oak framed leisure building made up of 2 frames. The first frame has a solid single door and a single pane of garden room glazing at the front while on the left are 2 panes of garden room glazing with a section of full height glazing between the 2 to allow plenty of natural light into the building, the right side of the frame has another section of garden room glazing. The second frame has a solid brick wall on all sides and has a gable end on the left and the right.
