A 3 bay oak frame garage with upper floor. It is made up of 2 frames, the first of which is 2 bays. The ground floor bays are open at the front and have an external oak staircase on the left that leads to the first floor, where on the left is a full height glazed door and glazing in the gable end, at the front is a dormer containing a 2 light window. The second frame is a single bay slightly set back with a pair of iroko garage doors and has an internal aisle on the right hand side.
