A single oak frame garage with an upper floor in which the garage is enclosed behind a set of garage doors on the front, on the right hand side there is an external staircase leading to the upper floor. On the upper floor there is a half glazed door on the right, on the front of the building is a large dormer with a flat roof and a two pane window to allow plenty of naural light into the upper floor of the building.
