SMALL GARDEN ROOMS FROM ENGLISH HERITAGE BUILDINGS

Wooden Frame Building with well maintained lawn

Once you have explored our range of garden rooms, chosen your size, dimensions and any additional features you would like included, contact our team to receive a free quote on your design.

For further information on our products, or if youโ€™d like to talk through your options over the phone, call us direct today.

FAQs

Iโ€™m worried my garden is too small, will my proposed design still fit?

We can send one of our consultants out to visit your property to identify the size of the garden room weโ€™re able to install. This includes carrying out a preliminary site survey, which essentially helps us understand what we can and canโ€™t build in your garden. For example, if your design wonโ€™t necessarily โ€œfitโ€ in your garden, our team will come up with creative solutions to incorporate as much of your original design as possible.
They can also provide rough sketches and budgetary advice so you have a clear idea of how your small garden room will look before you decide to buy. We also offer advice on planning permission, choosing contractors and general advice on your project to ensure youโ€™re happy with our proposed plans.

Do you cover the whole of the UK?

Yes, we can deliver small garden rooms across the UK as well as the Channel Islands. We also have staff who take care of delivering products across Ireland and into Europe. However, with regards to installation, our team only covers certain areas in the UK, but we can suggest contractors elsewhere who are specifically trained to install EHB garden rooms.

Do you build only in oak?

Yes, we only build small garden rooms using the finest French oak as itโ€™s renowned for its aesthetic quality and durability. For weatherboarding, softwood and roof rafters, we use both oak and softwood, depending on your personal requirements.

Are assembly costs included in my quote?

Yes, your entire cost for your small garden room includes all plant and lifting equipment. Most oak construction companies do not include this in the overall price as it can cost thousands of pounds in rental fees. However, this is something we provide across all products. There are no hidden costs, what youโ€™re quoted is what you pay, unless you decide to change the design of your small garden room.
