Outdoor Kitchen Pavilion

At English Heritage Buildings, we are passionate about crafting the structures our customers need for outdoor living and covering their patio kitchen appliances. So, when you know your outside space will only be ready once it has its own outdoor kitchen pavilion, we’ll ensure your product is made exactly as you have requested.

Whether you’re looking at large shed designs to turn your patio into an outdoor kitchen and dining area, or even if you only need a small pavilion to cover a gas grill or complete the rustic look of your stone pizza oven, our master craftsmen can prepare it for you. It may even be ready for installation as soon as it’s been delivered, as the structure is unlikely to need planning permission.

Contact our team today and we’ll be able to get started on noting down any specifications you may have for your kitchen pavilion. We’ll also be able to answer any questions you may have before placing your order.

How We Craft and Build Outdoor Kitchen Pavilion Designs

We will begin preparing your kitchen pavilion design once we’ve received confirmation of your order. This process will begin with careful, thorough timber grading to ensure that the wood is of the high quality required to meet our expectations, as well as the quality expected of Q-Mark certificate products. Once they’ve been prepared, the timber frames will be transported to your location in the form of a kit, unloaded and assembled where needed.

We will do everything we can to meet your specifications with our work, so whether you would like an open-air pavilion that offers a full view of your garden, or would like a slightly more sheltered “shed” design for your backyard kitchen, this will be reflected in the end product.

It will take between one and two days for your pavilion to be fully installed, but it will be ready for you to enjoy once this time has passed.

FAQs

Is Your Construction Process Covid-19 Friendly?

We take all possible precautions and safety measures to ensure that our staff can safely operate during the construction process. This includes making sure that every member of the team wears a mask and maintains social distancing rules, in order to ensure their safety and the safety of our customers.

Do You Offer Call-Outs to Assess Sizing?

If you’re becoming concerned at the thought of your new outdoor kitchen pavilion not fitting where you’ve planned it, we’ll be happy to send a consultant to assess the area. If you only have a limited amount of space available, they will then be able to alter your original design to fit the dimensions, so the finished product will always be the right size for your outdoor area.

Where is Your Timber Sourced?

Our timber is sustainably sourced from a specially designated site in France. We make sure that for every tree we use, another will be planted in its place.

All timber used in our products adheres to the TRADA quality specifications and standards set.

Will Assembly Costs be Included in My Quote?

The price we quote for your product will include the construction, transportation, installation, and all plant and lifting requirements. Equipment is also covered under this, as we discount it from our service.

There will be no hidden fees or costs to pay; the price you’re quoted at the beginning will be the price you pay at the end. The only exception to this rule will be if you change your mind about your product’s design during the construction process.

Will Anything Else Affect the Cost of My Kitchen Pavilion?

Constructing an outdoor kitchen pavilion for you will be a simple process, but there are some factors to take into consideration when thinking about the price:

– Uses for your pavilion
– The size of your pavilion (whether a small covering or a large shed structure)
– Any access or security requirements for your property
– The location of the structure in relation to boundaries, which affect fire protection requirements

We will do everything we can to find you the best price possible when you order a pavilion from us, so please don’t hesitate to ask if you have any questions about the cost.

How Long Will my Product Take to Deliver?

Once we’ve had confirmation that you’re happy with the design of your new pavilion (including the deposit payment, together with signed drawing, quotation and terms and conditions), we’ll have the product ready for you and delivered in around six to eight weeks.

What Maintenance Will My Kitchen Pavilion Require?

Fortunately for you, products made from oak timber frames have very few maintenance needs. This is because the wood is able to warp and adapt to the environment it is placed in, meaning the product will strengthen as it dries.

You may choose to paint your pavilion, but this will have to be maintained regularly if you wish to keep the coat looking fresh and bright.
