Details
An 8 bay oak framed building made up of 2 frames. The first frame is 2 bays in size with solid brick walls around the entrie frame with an opening on the right to allow access to the other frame. The second frame is 6 bays in size with 3 bays on the ground floor and 3 bays on the first floor. On the ground floor the front wall is set back to create a walkway, on the front wall there is full height glazing along the whole area to allow plenty of natural light into the ground floor area. The right side is left open to allow the frame to attatch to an existing building while at the rear, there is a solid brick wall with 4 panes of garden room windows . On the first floor there is a 4 pane eyebrow window at the front and the rear to allow plenty of natural light into the first floor of the building.
