A 3 bay oak framed garage with upper floor. On the ground floor there is a pair of softwood garage doors at the front of 1 bay while the other 2 bays are open at the front. On the right of the building is an external staircase leading to the first floor. On ther first floor there is a half glazed single door on the right and at the front there are 3 rooflights as well as 3 more at the rear to allow plenty of natural light into the frame.
