A 3 bay oak framed leisure building made up of 2 frames. The first frame is 2 bays in size, it hals full height glazing along the full span of the front wall as well as some on both the left and right to allow a plethora of light into the room, this frame also has an internal aisle at the rear. The second frame is a single bay with an internal aisle on both the right side and the rear, on the right side is a half size door and at the rear is a dormer containing a solid single door while the front has another solid single door and a mullion window
