This is an oak framed building with an upper floor which shows how a leisure or work area can integrate with a more functional storage area. The front section is fully glazed on two sides with internal access into one rear section which would house the internal staircase, giving access to the upper floor. The other rear section is partitioned off as a storage area with external access via garage doors.
